We respect your time, and make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time. You can help us maintain this standard by being on time for your appointment. If you must reschedule your appointment for any reason, please give us as much advance notice as possible.
Insurance and Billing
David J. Adams, DMD, MS, PA does not participate in any Health Management Organizations; however, we will be more than happy to assist you by providing a completely prepared insurance claim to submit for reimbursement. We can also send in a PreDetermination to your insurance company once we have a treatment plan so that you can know exactly what your insurance will be reimbursing you.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards. We also accept CareCredit, which can be helpful for making payments on your treatment with no interest for 6 months. Please ask us any questions you may have about these options.
